Agree coz with 250 limit some skills becoming useless... IMO make much higher lvl of this limit or back how it was.

WOW with 2.5 k atack speed my skill are uselles also and ? ... jezus ppls  if we have limited atack speed / casting and speed others should be limited also like stupid evasions of daggers or number of uds open from tanks in same moment . THIS IS USELLES make limited only 3 thinks and others no

Other shouldn't be limited also... at least walk speed.. coz on full buff w/o berz and with cov u wont make much biger then 250... Question is only aboute speed in other actions example run from A location to B.

not only speed was limited, same nerf got atk.speed, but its ok...
stupid nerf imo, coz hard to catch opponent, that have same speed as u, almost impossible, if he will just run from u

before some time i tested my char in best speed..i make 420 speed with everythink for that...now speed have limit 250..this is sux coz my pw/sws have a blow who give speed..wind riding who give speed and normal i have big speed..with this limit mine char is not fast enought and i can understun the reason ..why we have speed limit?
