Mia dat  odata ban mie ca sa fie chit ca ia dat lu unu din Syndicate, dar doar ala din Syndicate incalcase regulile .

Kesy is not enough operative as a GM but he still helping ppl when he is in good mood.
Madmanic is a Game Master, 1 annotation - he should use PERM BAN option 10x more. What is point of giving 100x 100-360h ban for same ppl/characters?

gm make mistakes sometimes, everyone is human
if everyone gets permaban, might as well ban the whole server :p (some would like that xD)

100-360h is already a very long time for people who actually play (100% walker chars/not main/no gear, ppl dont care of course)

if you get ban for a wrong reason you'll be pretty angry. if you get perma, well you just leave.

real cheaters etc.. when they get perma, they don't care, they have other chars and stuff they exploited.

Ofc i agree with you but truth is - in normal L2 server there is no pleace for L2w users, in Dragon x15 its all about some kind of shake-down, i mean "dont ban l2w because all ppl leave and server will die!" isnt it sick situation?

they actually ban many walkers in my opinion.

gm issues which are affecting game play are usually too heavy corruption/self interest/lack of foresight/power mania syndrome, not the lack of  "cheat" control. in fact, the server population reached peaks (even when removing 20% of possible bots) when there were no active gms. (note: unlike gm clans, i don't bot and things like that :p)
