solutions:

1-fix attributes for mages
2-about necro, its not damage dealer, its a crowd-controller(debuff) and a half summoner.
  make debuffs more efficient, so fix land rate for debuffs (not only for mage, but for fighter too, like powerbreak, hex etc)
3-fix summon basic stats and p.atack/pdef
4-fix attack speed for icarus bow
5-fix attribute for dagger skills
6-fix lethal from dagger (stabs from 1st/2nd class are lethal CP, stabs from 3rd class are lethal cp/hp)

It's all about bugged attributes. At the moment we have two attribute systems stacking up (C3 system + The Kamael system). This problem also apply's to gladiators, tyrants and daggers by the way.

Basicly it comes down to this, as long as:

your attribute p.att - enemy attr.p.def < 150 all resist buffs have a double effect.

1. Damage reduction by % (C3 system)
2. Damage reduction by the increase of attribute p.def (The Kamael system)

Normally when your attribute p.att - enemy attr.p.def > 150 (including resist buffs) the resist buffs themselfs should have no effect at all. Now it even reduces by a certain % even if the difference is larger then 150.
