About clan halls

i had clan hall in Giran in StormRiders clan..now i will take it back or i lwill ose it..?

but it must be smt like ...
what clans and with how many ppl had the clan halls of those 2 servers...
how many clan halls were there from dead clans or with 1-2 memper clans...
and then take a priority for the clan halls ...
lets say  for example in Nightmare, Evilbunnies had a clan hall in Rune....
active clan with many ppl.
in Infinity, that clan hall was from a clan with 2-3 chars ...
wouldn't be fair that active clans can have a clan hall than to leave the clan halls to ppl that may have a bot clan with 2-3 chars???
