Well this cancel maded by kamaels is faked overpowered. Mby reuse time is increased but losing 15 buffs for 10 sec is not so normal.

stun for sure dont work that fine how u write here, all in server have zaken and half server antharas,frintezza so its good resist
mine stun+14 work for ppl in dc robe
about daggers: lethals always were  are and  will be its simple.
the last one for this cancel u can"t resist yourself: chant of spirit mental shield etc dont work

that damn skill IS 100% effect , +1 buff every level, and 15 sec reuse.

Kamaels have low p attack / low p def / low hp (as slim say he die in 2-3 hits and not and eazy race to play at all) and maby atac speed i can say is ok (and i say mabe becose of all other minuses)
about skils -is not OP as u might think, atually is the one of few skills in this ENTIRE RACE that worth to be used
my advice to u: try play kamael few days and see what is all about
after those few days i bet u will  say that anythink about this race is OP
