Wind resist/dmg question

Ok guys here's the issue.

Since merge i noticed my SH making crappy dmg on enemies (while having 10-15k m attack and wind attribute 457-487). First i though that wind resist + is a common thing and that’s probably the reason. lately thou i maid few attempts on nicely buffed chars with wind resist max 150(obviously additional attribute dmg should be applied).

and now..

on necro/pp (2,4k m def wind resist 180) dmg 450 (with 15k m attack). On th/pal(no ud turned on wind resist 94 m def 2,1k) ~400 per hit with same m attack.

Obviously im lost here

So any tips or useful info about wind resist popularity(usual level on full buff that you guys have) or reason for such lo dmg on all chars(yes all not only those two examples)?  Could use some insight from other SH as well.

my guess is that u use seed of wind or smth and from what i heared that skill facks ur dmg a lot in pvp same like in sps and sorcs

on my sh/bd i have around 11k matak - and i don't make so low dmg, specially not on ppl with so low attr. resist. only some ppl with rly good resist i hit for lower than 600 ? half of ppl what i meet on pvp i hit 800-1.5k so dunno why you hit so low

ok thats usefull! so seed of wind may be the case..thou even without it , so with 457 base i get similar dmg (around 2k on non DNEt users thou).

PS: dont know if thats relevant but i gave all retail books in p def and nothing in m atack(exept spirit). I was sure that 10-15k m atack is enough(it was just ok on Infi).

When did the certificate skills became available ? I know many people use anti magic.

Even so Vinci it's kind lo dmg(damn lo). I have sh/sk so I’m aware of typical dmg while on sof/anti magic/ prot of rune or other stuff. I'm sure that chars I’ve hit were without any form of ud. Just full buff but so was I.

Best situation was when i got kamael buff + wizard sacrifice(from final wizard transformation) 22k m attack and I’ve hit dagger/warlord for 700/700/4k crit. Lately I’m mostly using LS/Silence during bigger pvp to be useful.

anti magic is passive cert from nukers
any noob can walk around with 3k mdef or more
+resists and i doupt you landing much of surrenders and vortexes

u forget to add that this is dn where u got any debuff even with 7k mdef

silver don't break me down xD if you died, your target canceled XD
