u sure? i have mutant +80 and on x5 got it 10-20 ppl
example w4lker from ba, keeth fun.
Now u cant make mutant +80 becose now exist new sub system.
Old person who make it have wipe now: no one del their chars

but this is Gracia feature to wear Vesper stuffs !

So... we cant make lvl85 mutant now, but if the reatails can be levelled to 85 then is it oke that there are lvl85 mutants? dont u realize that this is two independent thing? Mutants what is unreachable for us must be deleted, but who the fok cares about the retails with this rate?
