There was once a "trick" with using 2 accounts and scaming ppl on trade witch resulted in a way you described. I think it was fixed but could be that someone found a new way to do it or they fuc.ked fix up and its working again.

i agree with that but he was not scamed...  Even i got this same situation when i trade with me 2 accounts and i lose me draco bow+4.
Its not about wrong trade or scam just its bug who is from interlude here and no one repair that.
Check some other post and u see how many ppl raported about losing items in trade and GM aka trackZero do nothing with that..

Then all players are in danger too

Funny is when person who write that lose items and scaming  GM (like buzmasta with icarus) get items back and person who was foked up by bug lose all..
