If may I ask - what's the MAX :

a) atack speed

b) casting speed

at this moment ?

u dont get it alot of mage hard 4-5k casting that why track capped it same for the attack speed its 2.5 or 3.5 or u would see some char killing raid in 15 sec like before

max attack speed limit now is 1500 and max casting speed limit is now 1999

track have nothing to do with this, it came with their new GF files
