Festival Sweeper

As the topic says I have played some other "fast" Gracia Final servers to test some things. One thing I found is that the bounty hunter earns at level 35 a skill that it´s called "Festival Sweeper" that has skull in a golden twister for icon and as you imagine allows a dwarf to make sweep in an area. I suppose that this skill is for maximize the pole skills of the dwarf and of course the sequence must be spoil festival + using a pole to hit + sweeper festival when all is dead. I found that its a usefull skill to retrive mats from certain areas at low level and parts for crafting at high levels. My question is, this skill will be available in our server??? My dwarf is saying that he will enjoy it so much!!!
