Chars made after Gracia cant learn passive skils before Gracia

All chars made after Gracia Final have problem with this not oly sws (track you  said today only sws has problem).
Is not only sws is all chars made after Gracia.

So to not make confuzion i will explain it on more details:

Ex1:
Soul breaker made BEFORE Gracia have pasive skil:  boost atac speed lvl 1
Soul breaker made AFTER Gracia have pasive skil: DONT HAVE

Ex2:
Silver Ranger made BEFORE Gracia will have pasive skils: critical chance level 2 , boost attack speed level 1, critical power level 1
Silver Ranger made AFTER Gracia will have pasive skils: critical chance level 1

In other words we have same chars (class) walking around in same time (now in Gracia Final) with better passive skills or worse depending if the char was made before or after update of Gracia Fianal.

it is all in skill description:
Ex1:
Soul breaker made BEFORE Gracia have pasive skil:  boost atac speed lvl 1 (+5% more atac speed)
Soul breaker made AFTER Gracia have pasive skil: DONT HAVE
so 5% atac speed  more for soul breaker made before Gracia

Ex2:
Silver Ranger made BEFORE Gracia will have pasive skils: critical chance level 2 (critical cance increase by 30%),
boost attack speed level 1(+5% more atac speed), critical power level 1(+32 crtit power)
Silver Ranger made AFTER Gracia will have pasive skils: critical chance level 1  (critical cance increase by 20%)
so 10% critical cance, 5% atac speed and 32 crit power more for silver ranger made before Gracia

Chars made in gracia can't learn some skills, chars made before gracia haw lower armor masterys and can't enchant them...
