Cant place more then 3 items in shop

As topic said, few minutes ago i was setting up mine offline shop when suddenly, i realized i cant place more then three items for sell even if normally i could 6.

i have dwarf-seller = 4 slots + 2 slots from fishing skill.

bugged or wtf?

Now, when i bought 3rd level with proofs (should be 7 slots?)  but i can place only 6 items to shop
