IMO the RB/mobs that drop the items needed for those sets should be inside a pvp zone.
Like when track spwn some RBs inside coliseum... then ppl start to come with mains to pvp/pve

still no diffrence, you will camp the raids they will spawn and will die in 5 minutes...

and like you said, in pvp zone newbies will have no chance

good idea with the sets, but why implement them at raids ?? wouldnt be better to implement them at some mobs in hb tower ? raids will be farmed by farmers, and they will be only availabale at market, farmer will become more rich..
when you put them at mobs will be much better chance to meet some main chars, not orcs, and it means we could get more fun, couse of pvp... at least put some of the crystals into mobs
and maybe make some of them not tradeable?

and mobs at the tower are much easier to farm in a pt, then raids..
