here 80 and only 70 fieled u rly lucky. Me 104 enegry and 100 fieled its only bad luck.
I know other ppl use 100-150 energy for up weapon to 540

you shouldn't just touch it at all
or do you think NCsoft made such event after introducing attribute crystalls (making possible to move 60->120 and 150->300)

you can check, how much fame left on my chars, and will see, that with or w/o event i can put PvP, but not all ppl ,who are not playing now are such lucky, so you just make them harder to catch with rest
this server lacks predictability too much, and more and more your latest moves just lower it's predicatability level.
