Texture issue with cloack

My friend has problem with wearing cloak on her character, like  you can see at pictures. She already reinstalled L2 and use new patch.

Could you please look at this, character name is Vivian.

Its client issue on your side.

As I know they try to log in on 3 different Computers. Ill try to check it by my self when I am at home on my PC.

buy a hairstyle change pot from priest of dawn and change your hairstyle, should help. i had same issue with wearing devil horns accessory

I try to log her char on old system and there is no bug, at PC with new system is same problem. So I think problem is with that new patch.
