how about, why ty/wc can hit tank (with sonic barrier buff) 2.4k dmg? 

why COV+15 run so fast? it should be nerfed.  Last time answer given, its because ty/wc was an useless oly char..but now look.. super high dmg, super fast, super unbalance.
