It was okay for some time, now it started to lagg hard again..+teleporting between cities takes months! not only ss laggs, npc's too.

what is causing ss lag ? is it just server lag?

cant you take the server down for some internal testing? perhaps take it down, log in 5-10chars and test if it still lags
if this goes of for 2-3 more days its going to be really really bad
