Clan Hall information

I'm fairly sure that every single solo player who's been turning their profits to make more money(with shots, crafts, etc) since the beginning could outbid most of the big clans who focused on gearing up. I know for a fact that some of the big clans are strugling to get a few million(less than 5)/member because people spend their money stupidly or simply don't have enough time to farm enough to both sustain themselves AND pay to the clan.

I saw some dwarfs in giran that had more then 120kk at crystals D and C.
It means there is a lot of ppl that could buy a clan hall that some clans cant.

when exactly do the auctions end? i can see 25.1., but at what time?
do i get the money back when i dont win the clan hall?

clan hall should be owned by clans and not bots etc
me and friends just came to this server so  for us its impossible to  make a bid at any ch
so i hope gm makes  something to make clan halls for clans not for ppl that have  alot of adena and no clan etc

I didn't know if it's k to check someone's wealth and post info about it here to public? I mean, really? If someone wanna check if the other has certain jewelry or augment on weap, he just has to ask GMs? Or if I wanna know how much a clan could bid on clan hall, will there be a list about clans overall adena? (yeah, this can be called either sarcasm or overreacting, as you please, but I really wondered on this "will check - he is lieing" stuff. Specially since it was just an obvious case of trolling from the dwarf.)
