Spelunking spider's spoil chance

Killed 10 of them and got 2 Dyes and 1 earing part, no CL which is supposed to be the easiest part to get

On server is bilions mobs who dont work like should.. And i mean spoil.
EXAMPLE:
im 20 and i spoil mobs with lvl 26 without any problem ( spoil 100%).
Im 26 lvl and i spoiling this same mobs and......  a lot spoils is empty ( spoil 20%)

This problem got many ppl...

If i got 50 lvli should easy spoils mobs beetwen 45-55lvls....

who cares about lvl. if someone got example 61 and mobs 59-60 then spoil is sux...
But if soemone got 55-56  spoil on this same mobs is awesome...

all the other pages I checked also said this, and the only drop I didn't have from that list was the CL, I think you should check any sources you trust about cl spoil, but I may be mystaken, thanks.

There are 2 "spelunking xx" mobs, 1 for SOP and other for Cp
