Well since it have to me a PVP zone, why u not do somethin to attract more ppl there? As i saw how many ppl want to kill ToI golky. I gues there should be some even in goa.

Or Why not move All Q Golky to Goa at secret rooms ??

put a quest golky with 5% chance to drop premium horn or/and 15-20% normal(same list, so only 1 of these can drop) and every1 will be there ;]

GOE offer the unique possibility to refill tattos and Raid Boss there drops Vial for making tatto lvl 4 emp.
Sadly just few ppls going there.

i've always hated custom pvp areas. it's pointless when you have an open world.

- only way to refill tattoos
- only way to make tattoos empowered
- soul crystals lv11 to lv13
- unique items
- subclass horn
- best life stones
- bosses that are a pinata of enchants (A/S)

what else to make it interesting? :|

Limit the time to 2-3 h per day. Its same like oly, opened 24 h would be avoiding each other and transfering points. And its hard to expect from ppl spend there hole day on pvp when they are still exping, gathering items, with limited time should be better.
