for what you jail people not everybody knows shooting from the door with holls is forbiden and half server dont have acounts in forum to know that
sogon didn't know that is forbiden so pls take him out from jail

3.  Various rules:

3.1   Hero shout will be used only for normal conversation ( on ENGLISH language only!!!) , insults toward staff , insults , spam/flood , or any other insults toward others will be sanctioned. (Punishment: chat ban ,up to 100h ban)
3.2   Any kind of opening scam shops is illegal (* double check what you wrote in title of the shop before putting them)
Any other way of scamming other players or attempting to scam via pm/trade/... is illegal and can cause 300h up to permanent ban!
3.3   Do not use RACIAL insults .
3.4   Selling items or characters for real money in-game, on forums or  any other way is forbidden. (Permanent ban and account block!)
3.5   Not knowing or lack of knowledge about the in-game rules can not be used as a defense in any rule breaking occasion.
3.6   Always use common sense. A GM or Supervisor can anytime judge you even with rules that aren't listed.
3.7   Respect other players, Administration and GMs.
3.8   Report players violating these rules to Administration/GM.Report server bugs to Administration/GM.
3.9   Exploit in area where Boss drops raid-boss jewel gives 720-permanent ban.

well, is he an idiot to not know that? is he an even bigger dumbass not to read rules before starting his game on specific server?
