Every weekend siege cant be made withiut change of 7s cycle.
However , custom things? Yes. You are playing on substack server so yes we are custom server including everything else custom we can have. You knew it very well before even starting.

Guess cry for sieges was about time . Option to vote also was changed after i made vote thats why i came to ask.
