with the proper items cancle is not landing at all try to fix that "ITEMS" couse cancel its usles i think yu are informed for them its like having TOL all the time on you resisting cancel 100%

Info as i said before Dragon already have 240 - 540 att as a test period but my opinion it will be final.

Since i didnt put nothing official in announcements, id say wait at least few more days so we get some things crystallized more.
just fix cancel buff resist and decrease reuse time of gate chant :D, and fix vengeance -attack speed using dagger, and all will work as normal as official server :D

Its true he/glad make biggest damage from all archers but 17 k is not possible on ppl with full buff and dnet or vesper set. On dnet ppl getting(classes w/o sub for tank) max 6-8 k i think.

Vigilence: how nice to hit mages in robe for 100 ... / light ? i think every1 with tank sub use heavy so senceless again

Its my opinion based on my experience from pvp, u think archers like i play are op? Ask the people who hit archers like i use how much dmg they make?
You think if they reduce bonus of vengence in robe/ligth will kill tanks class? it will not.
Actually vengeance is already nerf for tank/daggers, so i think will be good to do it too in robe and light, cuz this is a tank skill = heavy :D

U know what is full buff and atribute on set? U using aegis stance,shield fortress? Majesty,pdef pots,retail skills,iron shield?

lol at 17k, as not tank class i got max 3.5k from archer, who has attribute i missed in my set (have 5 only, fix foking shirt atributes) xD
all skills affecting attreibutes - can't touch them till you finish current attribut tests.
debuff land time change - shouldn't even think about it, several classes can remove debuffs, let them work/play.
debuff time land - stop touching them, too many cleanses exist, they MUST land and remain for some time.
gate chant.. doesn't break balance too much, not counting 1 moment: castle defenders when cry are down vs castle attakers with fast chant...
for rest simple: don't touch xD

gusts- i didn't see this power so don't nerf
soul cry- like gusts
cancel- you just nerf it now you want put it back?

i can talk about TOD since i play char with this skill, yes i ll defend it to stay how is now, its not deadly skill, reuse is much much longer than cancel skill from sps or sorc or dagger hitting with PVP knife, its easy to intterupt, or reflect by physicall mirror. I dont see any sense to touch it at all.

i rly think u need to nerf cancel with dagger cause its worse than skill cancel and also nerf mana burn lol it have 4 secs reuse or less and with criticals u run out of mana in less than a minute
So many times ppl cryed about skills why they not working like on official.
Really i dunno why u want rly change again some skills on custom effect.
As i told many times on DN we have subclass system and some classes will be always overpowered.
But don't destroy our server with this sux updates.

Skills:
All skills affecting attributes have their buff/debuff values increased
"Real Target" reuse time doubled
"Cancel" reduced reuse time
"Guts" no more giving full effect when HP over 60%
"Seal of Limit" duration shorted to 120sec from 300sec
"Final Circlet" not giving full bonus to bows/crossbows
"Seal of Silence" duration shorted to 40sec from 60sec
"Seal of Suspension" duration shorted to 90sec from 120sec
"Lightning Shock" paralyze effect's landing rate slightly reduced
"Disarm" landing rate slightly reduced
"Soul Cry" effect on bows and fists reduced
"Touch of Death" buffs cancelled reduced to 3 (from 4)
"Vengeance" effect on light/robe slightly reduced
"Gate chant reuse is now 250 sec

Most of those changes are "slighly" retarded , i doubt if u guys want them on ur server .
The storys about 17k hits and other fairy tails from unbuffed ppl from GM's clans when they get owned are ruining our server . For the record that duelist spirit nerf was caused by one person so imagine how they do changes here. :D

He told me that dragon players are happy with this update and that the story of 17k damage is not only 1 guy , is like i can ask 400 mages on Dragon. After that i tested various ways to try make 17k damage with he/pl on properly buffed mage and its mission impossible!
But is weird i didnt saw any topic about this recent "fixes", on dragon!
But seriously in all do respect dragon gm-s this updates are totally and absolutely NOT needed !!!!!!! As i said while ago ill repeat it again , let players play their chars wint constancy not like nerfing staff without reason every week based on your gameplay from dragon.
Hope youll be reasonable this time...

i got 11 k from necro on siege, why cuz i was w/o resists, w/o proper buffs, so if this guy who calls himself gm got such a shot, im sorry but i wont believe it at all, he hadnt any buff with resists, maybe even armor lol

The point is that we don't have 400 active mages on Dragon, unless you count buff bots ;D Maybe I shouldn't comment anything on forum, last time I got ban IG for that but: our GMs are doing most of those updates for their clannies and asslickers sake ;)

Those "fixes" are like the Duelist Spirit nerf, a BS...
But its like u said, Playing and GMing u cant expect good fixes, only hate nerfs
there is a way to avoid that dmg.. buff bots attribute and mby ppl will stop QQ about that joke 17k dmg (if it even exist ofc)
the only nice fix is the vengeance in robe/light .. i would personally fix even partyUD and UD and someother fixes
but every server got his own fixes atm cuz they have different population and different gameplay.

Imo (based on players PM's and topics on Forum) this update should stay just for Dragon players, we don't need this full pack.
MAYBE some would be interesting to us, like:

"Guts" no more giving full effect when HP over 60% - agree on this, if u wanna a "tank" play tank, not orc.
"Seal of Limit" duration shorted to 120sec from 300sec
"Seal of Suspension" duration shorted to 90sec from 120sec
"Lightning Shock" paralyze effect's landing rate slightly reduced - IF the land rate is 100% or near it (i will check the skill)
"Soul Cry" effect on bows and fists reduced - need to check this skill
"Gate chant reuse is now 250 sec - grp to sieges or mass pvp will be much faster

Landing rate depend of char and buffs but it's about 50% i think (last time 5x resisted on Shan) (tryed on siege and about 1/3 players was paralised)

Cancel have already short reuse, and it tooks everytime 5 buffs cuz resist buffs NOT working.
Dont touch the reuse but at least fix the resist buffs...

true and if u also use talisman for mental resist and paralize resist land rate is close to 0% ...same goes for cancel

Lightning Shock is MEN based and have Paralyze Trait, also don't have 100% land rate (not even close to this), so imo don't need to change anything on this skill.

orcs haven't much p,def because rage gime -20% p.def and activate gusts in pvp is not so easy, titan is a suicide char in pvp because for get stronger you need 30% (stronger not immortal) so i didn't see the problem on it...

well im telling u that tol and toe that they r resist cancels buffs r working and 100% so go check it and talisman working 100% too
arcane protection from ee and se dont work. same chant of spirit. 4-5 buffs perma per 1 cancel. no matter have i that buff or no. resist start work only when u have less than 10 buffs, but then question is there sense in such resist???

even though my second char is sps i ll have to agree to that. cancel doesnt need any reduce in time. What needs a nerf is cancel from dagger and fists when they r + pvp. They cancel more often than any sps !
this cancell redue reuse time is sick...
cancel from dagger i think is good, it hits but just take off 1 buff, and almost all daggers hit with skills so not so much easy to make cancel :D what should do is give back fame so we can do again pvp in weapons and incrase them to 540 as others :D
gideon since u said we are not like dragon so why we took drain health nerf that dragon gm want in the past?
think about that nerf foked all mage sub dark elf and dark avenger

on dragon is max 2-3 tricksters playing active in pvp, but none in GM's clan... nothing more to explain in this case.
