fear at 1st bar is ok i used it from time to time when i played wc/bp

Fear works fine now, u could use on 2nd or 3rd bar... on 1st is a waste of slot (in my opinion).

My 1st bar only using main skills to keep party alive. Also i think it's more important to have nobless on 1st bar to buff people after u ress then. I find it's important cause sometimes people in ur pt aren't nobless and others r too lazy to use nobless on thenselves...

Go play WC/BP again... and i will play archer...

btw even if Mana Burn wasn't nerfed is not soo important in a char like WC/BP to use in main bar...
