i know that, every lvl up gives better enchant skill rate, but i didn't know, i still don't, that lvling up would give better c speed

well, not directly, but that's the ultimate effect. you can make better ++ enchants on casting passives and AA and = more casting.

New record, beat that c.speed and win 20 bogs... BUT, no old screen with old + 20% c speed bonus from apella robe set, you can only use official items !

Tallum Robe Set / +5 WIT Dye / AM+A / 2x Tatoo of Witch Empowered
C. Speed Buff - acumen, zerk, con dance and POW / A. Agility (summoner skill) / Heroic Berserker

Also probably with Malaria (i can't see on screen the animation, but should be)

Only another Hero Summoner (ES ofc) can have the same casting speed as u, maybe can get higher with diferent lvl of Malaria (dunno what lvl u have).

Edit: I forgot about enchant passive skill for casting speed, maybe with better enchant some Hero ES could get more, but main problem is to become hero.

good analysis, but let's keep it simple. a ES hero with level 85 would easily beat this record because of the better enchant rate of skills.
