mutant vs sps/ee ?

Depends.

From those 3:
Ol/EE is good in pvp against wariors and mages. It sux at raids or exp (usefull only if you play as support for mages)
OL/NE is very good against wariors, medium against mages. It's medium for raids (normal nuker + buffs for mages)
NE/EE is very good against other mages, good against wariors.  It's good at raids (good nuker + support)

Choice is ur's, also depends on which server, cuz on Arena Ol is beter than necro, cause of mana pots.

It's not like one is best, others sux, it depends a lot of your playstyle and skill of playing l2. If you choose Ol/EE you have only to spam drain/mana potion (f1 f2). If you choose OL/NE, be prepared to use many types of attacks (gloom, vortex and death spike normally, drain when ur hp is low) and sometimes for use debuffs. If you choose ne/ee be ready to spam many types of attacks (gloom ds vortex drain), debuffs very often (many of them, cuz chance is less, but you make them fast) and ofc be prepared to controll healing, your self and summon, which is not so easy as it seems to be (know from own experience).

ah i got a question about OL , is fire giving same bonuses as for an SPS ? i mean after u enchant Essence + fire will this add much more dmg just like SPS or any other Class (necro + dark or sps + water)

It depends on server. If you're going to play Nm or Infi it's "fine", but if you're going to play dragon/arena then sps/ee is bullsh1t.

PS: If "some ppl" aren't your famili don't thrust them, they want free frags ^^

im playing in nm , 2 years ago i was playing in dragon and stopped  but sps /ee was good oO they nerfed it ?

If I'm correct, 2 years ago was c4 So it's huge diffrence.

However, now sps/ee is not so strong, especially against wariors, bcs he have low p def, don't have any drain or transfer pain.
Against mages, it depends on eq and play skill, but most times normal (not hero, not donator) sps/ee got 99% pwned by ne/ee, and 75%  by ol/ee, he can win only agains ol/ne, from those 3.

If you're playing nm, well, sps/ee for sure is easier to make and play, but still if you'll make mutant it's more powerfull, and ofc more rare (cuz there are many sps/ee, and prolly not so many mutants).

You can figure this out yourself from years of playing can't you?

Sps/EE and Necro/EE will be about the same.... except one has necro skills and one has sps skills. I'd go for sps/ee so you could use forgotten scrolls.
OL/EE is not a PvP char... at all. It's a supportchar, a very good supportchar and debuffer.

Ol/necro is a great char, no doubt.. But it's a major manawhore. But if you do decide to make it.... please don't listen to the advice they gave you about enchanting your attacks to fire, they don't know what they are talking about.
