Fix stuns

Are you retarded or sth....?BASH = MINI STUN ,the word bash means MINI STUN. AKA 1 sec stun,why do i even try to explain sth to a parrot...jeez.

Dude Stun effect is STUN doesnt matter how it is called, shield bash is stunning so its kind of shock attack, and its like unressistable. I understand many chars have it +15 and it land for 2sec, but its cancelling target too + it have short reuse and landing more than often so it should be a bit nerfed or changed how it work... I just want to remember u that is substack everything shouldnt work like official...

i have no idea how it really should be.
but i agree with the basic idea that all stun is to high success.
my kamael stun my sh/bd 90% of time,
my kamael: lvl 80           
my sh/bd:  lvl 84 with full buffs + resist shock buff, augment on ring: increase abnormal p.def , augment on earring: increase stun p def.
and i get archers shock always as well.
seems to me that stun is land to much, but maybe its how it should be , i dont know.

why you ppl can't use ur brains and simple ask to check if CON save throw vs Stun is working properly

if all kind of stuns lands 100% or 99%

meyb is a problem in the extender and not in script

Well you tell me now,that i land 1/30 stuns on nec/pp during 20 min 1 v 1 pvp .......
I land 1/30 shield stuns on bp/pal during whole siege....
And that guy got 3/4 stuns from 49 lvl archer with karmian and C bow....?I have currently 46 con and i get only stuns like stun shot +25++ or 1/15-25 shield stuns....and about SHIELD BASH ,i get it almost always and don't qq about it cause that's how it is supposed to be......don't like it ,make tank....or find a way to qq less about the obvious truth.

im can stun mage 1/10 so it need more nerfed???

why no1 cry baout cancel sorc or sps but pro cry about stun rly funny but vesper robe or dont make -9 con and bb stuns
and cancels ?? what can help mby new track updait he rly know how skils should work is my lineage 2 guru let God Bless Track

Dude im playing necro and im not complaining about cancels, also im using vesper robe and im sure shield bash shouldnt work like it is now... okey it is short but there is substack re lol ! If we talking about full buff its fine but here on subs like sws/tk havent reuse for that bash inside oly so we can stay all fight on stun and w/o target... Skills should work like for substack not 100% off style...
