On what lvl can we take quest for golkys?

What you mean quest for golkies? As long as you have 3rd class done you can sub , and i think its even possible on lvl 76 (need to check for 100â,,... info).
But , consider delevel after subbing so my advise is that you should sub when you are 78 and some more â,,...â,,... in exp. However its subjective advise , do as you please.

You should yes. But you cant sub until finish 3rd class quest

Track, on first posts about subclass you said it was only possible to Sub at 78.
Now you said its possible at 76.

Can you tell us exactly wich one?
