Ur working hard and it's much appreciated, thx mate I hope it will end  soon also. And I hope ppl will remember when this is over that someone tried to help and keep everyone informed.

You can clearly see how many tickets we have opened (10)

and new one i opened today asking for ETA of OS installation, as you can see no reply there YET. So 2 possibilities , they are working hard to do it or they went for beer drinking and they will continue tomorrow.

Either way i cant provide any additional data since its beyond my power , i did everything what i could today and in past 6 days. Hopefully this drama will end tonight or tomorrow.

As soon as ticket status changes i will write here, sadly i cant say anything else :(
