i KNOW I SHOULD  but u have  bad hope  friend, drake will improve icarus spirit with fast attack speed, it was normal so he boosted bow from slow to normal  and he will make balance with boosting  spirit from normal to fast

drake didn't change a thing in that bow. it has normal atk.spd on official too...

its not such a high difference in attack speed, but it has half the reuse delay than a draco bow.

After the first one buy's that overpowered bow the rest will follow..... tahts what happened on NM. That bow is a f*cking gattling gun.

North American Public Test Server, and as far as I know they indeed had aspd of that bow Normal for some time but in the end it was applied as Slow, while private servers kept old databases and didn't update it (hence many L2 online databases list Icarus Spitter with Normal aspd and the foundation item Icarus Spitter - Concentration with Slow aspd, because the latter was only added in Gracia where it never had Normal aspd to begin with).
