I'm not saying they can't, it would be better the "don't want to do"... but look for this example:

Why people pay for powerlvl?!?
Cause they don't want loose time XP their chars in normal way.

Why people pay for item horn?!?
Cause they don't want loose time farming quest golks.

Why people should pay for help on quest Golk?!?
Cause they have better chances to get quest horn than doing it alone.

Also there's other things that u should consider too, like: for this help szi (or others who do this too) can't ask for same price for a item horn, also none will pay till get quest item...

Having an equipped DE on Golk doesn't mean u will have last hit 100% of time.

U know that a mage pt (pp buffs and dances at least) have also good chances for last hit.

And in some situations i saw Quest Golk alive for a long time till a good DE went to start kill it, and only then chars without sub started hitting it.

gee, there are also some moral laws, not only legal ones. Those golkas were created to help new ppl to get sub, just ask Drake why he made them. not for some dynasty orc to farm them
