Again Golkondas, I have waited 14 hours a no Golkonda (except the ToI one) also the others (AW, Elven, Orc, Heine) doesn't always give quest item AND  they give horn to people without quest

Both full subs so they don't have quest and still they got the horn and the people with quest didn't.

I think this is also possible to be custom, ill talk with other GM-s from servers if they all agree, if all fine (i see no reason why not) we will do it.

Passive skill from augment is bugged. For example passive empower lvl 10 , passive p.def lvl 10  give only 10 point on stats. Should give 10 % on stats. Same is for talismans - they give also 10 point on stats instead of 10 %.

Aperantly quest golka spawn 1 time every 8 hours, and it should give quest horn to whole party.

TOI Golka will get its drop horn back.
