W/e why you send Mail for each player about the server, with info about server. I know many server that had like 8month off and after they just send mail for the re-open. And this really work

People wont vote for a hat reward... make it better and give Exp/sp drop/spoil runes or something like that (if its posible on l2off ofc)

Well I voted more times every day since server start and didn't expect nothing in return.All should done the same if they want more ppl.

People should be good, and some are bad. The world peace should be and its not. There are rich and there are poor... people only will move for real stuff since HUMAN RACE is selfish....

This is not a matter of good or bad ppl, it's just that some ppl motivate by extrinsic rewards that lasts less in time and have to be adjusted faster (with items, coins or better administration), and others by intrinsic rewards wich lasts longer and have to be adjusted slower (with achievements, work itself and advancement), or both, just that. @Trackzero check Skype later.

well im not the "core" es member, but i was playing with them on server and dunno if u know, from 2 pvp events we took both first places.
