actually dance of blade storm reuse is very quick now and u can spam it nonstop on some bd subs.
meaning u make a party with only fighters and no archers and they are basically immune to arrows o.O

He said that archers wouldn't have chance w/o the dance if I'm not wrong,and he's a mage,where's the point I'm missing?

Just use the dance when archer are on their Sof move, matk doesn't matter at all for recharge, get 100 or 5k the Recharged amount will not move from 1 number, and they heal amount is almost not influed by matk as well, hence....
