so now the only thing we can do is w8....

I've checked official site but there is no such info like HP/MP should be fully restored in 1 vs 1 match. You can disable as fast as you put it in.
I don't understand why you have to "make" chars more imba while decreasing the fighting power of other(s). I would like to know who is/are the mastermind behind these updates.

All lost breastplate's from DNET dynasty, dunno about Dynasty heavy set's - but U can put attribute
